^ Webshots Desktop, a free (with free sign-up membership) download available at Webshots.com. They have huge libraries of shared images you can download for free (here is my gallery of contributions); you have to pony up about forty bucks a year if you want to download the high-res professional pictures.

What program is it?

Under Linux running KDE it's possible to change your desktop background every minute if you want, out of the box. You even can set up different wallpapers for different desktops. Take a look at my desktop above. Well it changes.

^ Thanks, but I really don't like Linux. I have to use it at university, and I just find it's much less user friendly than windows.

This was just taken earlier this morning. We're having really soggy weather here in Vancouver, so when there was a brief pause this morning, I took the chance to take photos of those lovely cherry blossoms. I hardly got a couple of shots when it started raining again. Ah well....
