Post something you've learned in life

I should have come out and accepted myself the first day I realised I was gay (i.e 12), then I would never have had to spend so much time worrying about it and actually get on with my life. ](*,)

One of my best friends once told me"Cast your bread upon the waters and it will come back sandwitches" and it's true

I have learnt that we will never learn unless we really want to.

Never have an online relationship especially with somone far far away. ](*,)

I have learnt that it only takes one idiot to lead the rest of us down the wrong path.

HAHA

Never TAKE internet advice!!!

:)

Also,

Don't do drugs. And if you do do drugs, please don't do them in public restrooms because some of us don't want to watch you snort them up your nose and then pass out dripping blood.

*sorry, but I seem to trouble in public restrooms

I've learnt that we don't appreciate things until they are gone for good.

I believe a fair question deserves a fair answer

When the crowd has thinned, the echoes of our day turn to memories, and my friends
and I take time to share our most intimate and personal thoughts
we often ask each other two important questions
--which are--

"My dearest friend -R- -U- safe and secure"

--"Safe and secure physically and emotionally"--

A more personnal thought I will share is that I have learned to
Never judge another based on who I want them or perceive them to be but to accept them for who they are

That my friends is not always as easy as it sounds for sometimes the choices and decisions made by others conflict with our own personnal freedoms and welfare and at times may even betray our trust, challenge our faith, or test our will--

Well I hope my answer isn't too wordy--I felt it important to give provide an honest answer and to share my thoughts with everyone--

"The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, nor the kindly smile, nor the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when you discover that someone else believes in you and is willing to trust you with a friendship"
Ralph Waldo Emerson

A person once asked Hellen Keller what the worst thing in the world to have would be, she replied "to have eye-sight but no vision".

It is all about love, so whenever you can, express your love and caring to those in your life. Not much worse than leaving thoughts of love and caring left unsaid until it is too late.

pay yourself first - save at least 10% of your gross earnings

People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.

Even a little bit of love goes a long way.

You are exactly who you believe you are whether you believe truths or lies about yourself.

At the end of the day, no one will win an award for spending the most hours at work

The 2 most important things I've learned in life are...

1. Believe absolutely nothing until it can be proven

2. Always hope for the best, but always prepare for the worst

1. It will fit, just use more lube.

2. If someone doesn't like you, it's their loss... fuck 'em
