Okay a couple of things about tonight's episode: Vincent has redeemed himself a little in my eyes, Jefferey is a cunt and needs to go home and I want Laura, Uli and Michael in the final three with Angela in fourth place...

You know, Jeffery may be an arrogant prick, but he wasn't totally responsible for the fight. He did say to Angela's mother, "maybe some people just don't see the beauty in them that other people see, because of insecurities."

He has a point.

It can be said that Angela's mother didn't really give him much to work with, she wasn't even willing to try a new color. Bad pairing. Too much time was given to Angela's mother I think.

I thought it was funny, plus predictable, that all the 'thinner' women who nabbed up first.

I thought Uli's outfit should have won.

As a designer though, he needs to listen to the client bottom line, if you don't design what they want, they're not gonna buy it from you.

Fine if Jeff wanted to do something different, but his dress was ugly and very unflattering. I know he is working with a big woman, but you can do better than that.

Jeffrey's mother should have taken him over her knee and spanked him...hard! He was so disrespectful to Angela's mother...no excuse for it. His design was hideous and his attitude was deplorable...he should have gone instead of Robert (granted...Robert has shown zero glimmer of hope of any kind).

I really like Uli's design ...she should have won. It was colorful and really flattering on her model...flowed nicely on the runway...and I think the lady wearing it actually felt pretty in it. She was very full figured as well...so more of a challenge to come up with a flattering look than Vincent who had a model (Uli's mom) with an average/good figure.

They didn't have much time to meet/design/shop and then fabricate the garment...1 day total(?)...this was a tough challenge especially for the designers with the heaviest models...tough to make heavy and dowdy women look fashionalbe.

^ The camera work does seem faster...I'm never sure what the clothes really look like...even when on the runway it seems to quick....but then again, this show isn't really about the clothes...it's about the reality show drama, conversations, challenges, rooting for your favs and dissing the villans, etc...

It's to bad because it would only take a few seconds longer for each to show the garments closer up...some of the details. The judges are always commenting on how well (or not) the construction is...I'd like to see it sometimes. Even just a few seconds longer when the models are on the runway would be nice.

As far as who the 5 gay guys are...Robert & Kayne are (as ^ said), Vincent is married with a daughter and Jeffrey mentions a model girlfriend in his bio...Assuming they are S8, this leaves 3 of the 4 remaining to be gay...Michael, Keith, Malon and Bradley...and only one set off my gaydar...so ??? I'm not speculating.

Well throw stones if you will, but I was surprised with how well Vincent did this round. It seems that when he has to dress a "model" he just decorates her with a bunch of whatever. When he designs for someone off the street he shines.

That's just my opinion.

Robert was a disappointment, he started off with a bang, but seemed to lose his focus the closer he got toward the end.

Jeffrey and Angela's Mother, there's a match made in hell.

I'm pretty certian that it was edited for effect, and will most likely hurt Jeffrey in the end.

7. I thought (personally) that Angela's mother was completely out of line. I mean, Jeffery didn't select her and he's got his own issues. But still, the woman was there as a one-show gimmick. The challenge wasn't that "this is your client, Angela's mom" but to design for the common woman who this lady could represent. As much as he's a wack-job at times, I think he would have designed something much cooler and more successful for her had she not opened her trapped and whined like an emotionally unstable woman passive-aggressively attempting to undermine her daughter's competitor. Why tell Tim Gunn she hated the material? I mean, is she twelve? Tell the designer first. Or say, "We'll have to see what he plans to do with it all."

True, PLUS he says he's designed for all these famous "rock" people. When have rock n roll and move stars been the easiest people to deal with? His attitude was uncalled for. Trudy Styler would have fired him on the spot and there's no way "Madonna" would have had to say "get me black and green" twice. He was such a shit that it made me disappointed in the show.

Vincent's design was very good but I did like Uli's the best with Kayne coming in at third. I could really see all three outfits at maybe Dillards or Foley's.

Poor Robert, he's so cute.

I think Jeffrey's design was pretty ugly and its funny cause as soon as Michael Kors said "Comme de Garcons" I immediately agreed....Jeffrey is a bit of a hater it seems to me, and very much a poser in that he is trying sooooo hard to be nonconformist that its verging on cliche......its like yes ok we realize you are edgy and different, but don't start critisizing others just because they have a different design aesthetic than you....and whatever he is totally still drinking.....Laura has a tendency to do that too......I understand that your style is demure and chic but not everybody's is and if it were this world would be boring.....Kayne and Robert are HILARIOUS to me......In one show they sat around talking shit about almost everyone but when Alison (R.I.P.) was kicked off and Laura started talking shit to Vincent, Kayne was saying lets be nice, she doesn't have much time before she leaves and thats all that matters or something to that effect......So basically its ok to talk shit behind their backs but not to their face......he (Kane) just seems very catty......I like Laura and think she is chic but sometimes I feel she tries a bit too hard to push the whole 40's look....I mean a pair of pants or a skirt can be chic with out having the waist come up under your titties......Angela is alright to me she is just annoying with those fucking granny circles and her ugly bubble skirts which in my opinion look silly on her.......And last Vincent is kind of stuck in the 80's to me, I mean i realize there is an 80's revival going on but his designs sort of border on costumey and I feel like slapping him everytime he makes that fucking face like he is taking a shit........I love Michael Kors and think he is fair, Nina says stupid shit sometimes and can tend to be a bit mean, and Heidi isn't cold she just can't show preference towards any designer, she isn't just the host she is also a judge.......

Jeffery was so out of line and disrespectful,Angela's mother was asked her opinion by Michael Koors about the dress he was designing and gave her honest opinion,Jeffery came across as paranoid and vindictive. I was always taught to respect my elders his behavior was shameful refering to this woman as a bitch,he didn't even seemed moved when she was crying,and his teary eyed talk to his mother after Robert was let go,concerning someone good[like Robert] leaving while their are bad people left,was the height of irony.

I hope Michael who comes across as level headed and drama free[hope it stays that way]goes far because not only is he a very good designer,who like the judges say really thinks about his objective when designing and can articulate it, that plus his inventive designs are what the the judges are rightfully responding to.He also doesn't come across as bitchy or gossipy on the show.just easygoing there to do his best,and I am glad He did not fully jump on the let's not like Angela bandwagon by keeping an open mind.I like Uli's designs also,was liking Laura but she seems to be showing a bad side of herself of late,and I was really sad to see Allison leave,she is really talented and sweet.

I have to say that I've become a very big fan of Michael and I hope he takes it. He comes off as very genuine and really out to do the best he can. I was really impressed with both of his winning garments. That Pam Greer number really took the show. Awesome.

Keith has a boyfriend. That's where he went, when he skipped the photo shoot after the pattern book issue started to heat up. I think Tim mentioned this on his oral blog at the Bravo web site. Tim's told quite a few tales about the contestants there and in print interviews. He said some very negative things about last year's runner-up (Daniel?) in an interview I read a couple of weeks ago.

But who do you think should win..and yeah I loved Keith..maybe he wasn't the best designer but they all loved him..and had he not been kicked off he had a good chance of winning! I'm just happy that Vera Wang left..she might know wedding dress's but she's boring as a judge!

Here's to hoping that it isn't Vincent. He should've been auf'd on day one. Each of his creations has been a complete mess. Sure, I'll admit, that his most recent garment (the everyday woman challenge) was actually classy and deserving of the win (I was rooting for Uli), he still shouldn't have made it this far. I would much rather see Allison on my T.V. than Vincent (I'm still not over her elimination).

Anyways, there's my 2.5 cents.
