Thanks, today has been okay, although work dragged a bit as we didn't seem as busy as yesterday. I'm not depressed about Sunday, just apprehensive about the prospect of such a long day, with the possibility of such a late finish.

I’ve been a bit better today, and my bereavement counsellor has suggested that until Ive come fully to terms with losing Barbara that the sleeping difficulties may continue. Anyway I feel ok this evening so my fingers are crossed.
