Good evening, Foxy. I hope you’ve had a good day at work today. I’ve been missing for a little while. I’ve been experiencing a severe depression and acute anxiety. I’m much better today. The enforced absence has helped to clear my mind. My bereavement counsellor has said I’m having to face some life changing issues.

I'm doing extra hours at work this week and this Sunday is going be be a long and exhausting one. We're having our bi-annual stocktake and because the company is too cheap to hire specialist stocktakers, the store staff have to do it I've been told by numerous people that we could be there as late as 11-11:30pm The only consolation is that staff who don't normally work on weekends will be there on Sunday.

Taking inventory was not something we looked forward to. Butt, other than boring, and time consuming, it really wasn't all that bad. The upside was, we were closed. No customers.

Well, it seems as though the possibility of an 11:30pm finish at work this Sunday was actually extremely optimistic. The rota has me (and a number of other people) finishing at 2am!!! However, a supervisor I spoke to today reckons it won't end up being that late though. I can only hope that she is correct in her thinking. The good news is that I won't be starting work until 2pm on Sunday and that instead of being in on Monday morning, that will also be a 2pm start, with a 6pm finish.
