Well, yes, over here it's actually quite common to have ketchup with our chips, although I personally don't usually have it when I have fish and chips, but others in the family have been known to have it. Usually though when I do fish and chips for the family (or used to, in the old days


Parsley sauce is a cream sauce seasoned with parsley.
It is essentially a simple béchamel sauce containing chopped parsley.

I hope you have had a great day, and parsley sauce brings back some memories. I haven’t had any for some time, so perhaps I should try some - I recall it being most delicious. Well, I’ve had a good day for a Monday, and I’m relaxing this evening.
