Good evening, Rob Thanks, even though I enjoy the nephew's company, he's hard work so I was a little bit glad to return him. I had a mostly lazy (as usual! ) day yesterday. It was rounded off, however, by a most excellent result and performance by my clever red men I'm glad to hear that you had a good day. Venturing out on a bike ride at this time of year, rather you than me though, brrr!!

Good evening, Foxy, I hope your day today was a good one, and I’m glad the boys came away with a winning result yesterday. I’m okay, but I think I had better turn the heating off it’s getting very warm in here!. And it wasn’t too cold on the bike yesterday, you see, once you get pedalling it’s exercise, and that warms you up.

Rob, thanks I was only half-joking about going out this time of year I know from my walks that the body soon warms up. By the time I get home, I'm melting and can't wait to remove my coat, gloves, hat and scarf! I went shopping today and was so warm when I got home that it was at least a couple of hours before I put the heating on, it took me that long to cool down!

Al, I'm feeling okay, thank you. I have noticed some improvement with my foot, so, I guess leaving my job has done me some good!

Good morning, Foxy, I hope you will have a great day today. I’m okay this morning, and it’s quite cold but relatively sunny this morning. I know, it’s amazing just warm we become when exercising, and I guess it’s at it’s most extreme on very hot summer days.

I too am having lots of pain in my feet. Sitting or leaning is not permitted. Hopefully I can make it to my 80th birthday next month. That would be a good excuse to resign.

Good morning, Foxy, I hope you’ll have a great Thursday, with no foot pain today. Unfortunately my lower back is inflamed and painful - it does this every so often after that time, back in May, 2014, when I tried lifting Mum up, off the floor, after one of her bad falls, and tore some muscle fibres. The doctor said I’ll have issues for the rest of my life...
