I'm actually making a Thanksgiving meal, something I've probably done only a few times in my life. Duck, butternut squash, cranberries, Brussels sprouts. I don't think I've ever made duck before today, but how hard could it be?! I'll find out.

Turned out well, thank you. Just the two of us. Had enough leftover duck for one person who was not me.
