Rise of Fascism in the United States [SPLIT]

As expected, Trump is going to try to stop federal funding for NPR and PBS. PBS is 15% and NPR is 1%....so.

It will hurt, but doesn't really represent a large bloc of their funding support. Hopefully some of the states will pick up some of the slack.

And of course, it all will end up in court since funding is provided through Congress, not through the King of Pennsylvania Ave.

All it would take is ONE tank crew or chopper pilot to turn and fire, and it will be as HISTORIC as permanent, likely taking out the VP at the same time.

Several other firms have sued on similar grounds but only so far received temporary injunctions against the persecution. More than three times that many have settled with the government, providing kickbacks in pro bono contracts with Trump.

So, this brings the question. With all these brilliant legal minds awash in DC, where the FUCK is the class action lawsuit against the companies that have taken a knee and collaborated with the administration? Shouldn't this be an easy win from the companies that are fighting the corruption?

If Bondi can thwart any criminal actions by her corruption, and she is, then the route to go is civil litigation, targeting the corrupt firms that buckled as participating in a scheme to give unfair advantage to collaborators in the legal system. The disadvantaged firms have public acts, executive fucking orders, to demonstrate that there is a systemic effort to favor private firms over others with government rewards for political fealty.

Just because the chickenshits in Congress didn't convict Trump for doing exactly this with weapons and Ukraine doesn't mean federal judges wouldn't do it in a heartbeat. In fact, it would apply to far more than law firms.

If Bondi won't prosecute open racketeering and extortion by the chief executive, then bring a civil case that is class action and targets Trump's and MAGA's coffers, and the collaborators'.

Likewise, and indictment of the Pentagon if they particate in such a sniveling salute to a tyrant.

The enablers need to be held accountable.
