Shangela s too rough to win the pageant. It'd be a slap in every drag queen's face if she wins.

Well Shangela pulled it out (even if we've seen some of it before) and Carmen did the same thing she always does.

Raja nailed it again. I kind of figured she would, but they tried to edit it to make it seem like Raja might have been in trouble.

Manila was okay, but nothing too great.

Alexis wasn't bad, but I hate the fake boobs.

Yara was meh to me.

Carmen was not very good.

Shangela's country was not very identifiable.

I'm hoping Raja wins it, but I'm always when it comes to my favorite winning.

God if only Shangela did this with herself on the actual show, she doesn't look half bad on the californiaofjoy or her own webpage but she looks like shit on the show. How is that someone who won a drag pageant the year before entering a drag race still looks like they never set foot in pageant? If she had been going with that look from the start of the show she would be a much more believable top five. It must be a deal with the producers/Ru in order to give the other girls something to bitch about while Shangela stirs up the usual drama.

The only reason Shangela looks this good here is because she didn't do her own makeup.
 
What was up with Manila not picking Carmen 3rd? I didn't get that at all. Was it just to be fair? I just don't know if I buy that, but nothing else really makes sense.

Any thoughts?

I didn't see it as being fair, it was obviously a strategic move to send Carmen home. It's down to 3 "Heathers" and 3 "Boogers" so I think Manila saw it as sending one threat home. Pretty shady but it is a competition. It was Carmen's time to go anyway.

I thought Manila and Carmen were both Heathers?

Did she really think Carmen was more of a threat than Raja?

I suppose, but the only real threats there are Raja and Shangela (mostly because I think Shangela is Ru's favorite girl) so I guess I don't realy see the need to take out Carmen, who was arguably the weakest out o the other three, IMO.

I honestly think Raja is the best out of the group.

As far as RuPaul's Drag U season 2, it could be a sign, although I don't think she has the personality for it.

I figured you'd bring up Tammie Brown, lol. I can't explain her, but perhaps she was the only one available at the time. I actually thought she was memorable, but not for any really positive reasons, except her distinctive look.

I really have no idea who they could be working with. I think some tennis stars might be good candidates, but not everyone thinks of them as jocks. I'd venture that baseball, football, and basketball will all be represented.
 
Tammie Brown was original, very different. Probably Ongina was the other one that was that different on the show's three seasons...

The problem I've seen with this show is that winner have been slim, dark and gorgeous girls... much like RuPaul

I feel that she's choosing, less interesting versions of herself, which is why the winners don't get as much attention as other competitors in the show.

also that is a press photo that have been airbrushed out as hell


i actualy think the last couple of episode's have been alittle boring

i wanna see more of the stuff when they have their project runway going on with construct their outfits on set and not pre-constructed from home..

also you have to think with shows like this is not rupaul who actually decides who is going home its a mix of the judges and the producers

shows like this tend to keep less impressive persons on if they are making good ratings until you reach a number of people then they start to cut out thoose people

and with this also aboslut vodka has a huge vote on who is winning since they want someone that can represent them outwards
 
hehe its actually funny that aboslut is doing this whole pride tour and is known as the gay vodka

since its a swedish brand but they had never done anything like this here in skandinavia haah

and yes Raja is the one of knows how to act professionally enough to be a representive of a brand imo :)

It's gonna be interesting how these girls do on Monday hair challenge. I know for sure that if Mariah was still there, she would totally bitch slap the competition.
