Sanders Kamikazes Clinton -"convention not a fair/transparent process", hints Hillary nomination illegitimate

She should offer Bernie VP. Let him speak his mind but give him absolutely no authority. Make him a doormat.

Not going to happen. As a presidential candidate, you don't want your VP to be generating more enthusiasm than you. ;)

71 is their average age:lol: so to all the 70 year old JUBers ---life and a new career is possible!
Think she might go with someone a tad younger.;) Besides Bernie isn't a dem:p

Maryland Democratic Party chairman Bruce Poole cast the fighting as plain counterproductive.

"Relative to the conventions, I think Bernie has got to watch it because at some point he's got to be accountable and if he allows this to go from debate and democracy to mayhem there will be a backlash," Poole said. "As a super delegate who still is unpledged, I am watching this unfold and as I have told his campaign, to me what is most important is the how, not the what. Tell us how you're going to do things. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be where his campaign is headed right now. Instead he seems to be getting away from the substance and into things like what we saw in Nevada."

She's not illegitimate...she is just a common liar.

He is just a "democratic" socialist who wants to spend the money that is necessary to feed our children.

Sanders isn't authentic. He's just a common politician with a huge ego lying to his supporters about what a revolution is.

Hillary will be the nominee, and she'll probably win the election.

But it may come to do if and when her supporters stop actively alienating Bernie's supporters. The "in your face" tone is just as divisive as the "Bernie or Bust" rhetoric. Really, Hillary's campaign shouldn't be holding out for Bernie's endorsement because it'll mean fuck all to his biggest fans.

I think Hillary should have Roberta Lange as her VP - she did the heavy lifting in Vegas for her LOL

And yes I think as James Carville said the other day the "power" is in Bernie's hands not Hillary's hands - she needs or rather needed him and his supporters not the other way around

her inability or unwillingness to recognize this simple truth speaks volumes to her judgement and temperament IMO

a queen needs people around her to tell her when her foot to the throat is counterproductive

Bernie has the "power" if that's what you want to call it, but neither the will nor the responsibility. He may be a sore loser, but his fans outdo him by miles. A large bloc will continue his campaign after he's endorsed Hillary. So sooner or later, Hillary's people (as opposed to her/her campaign) are going to have to break out the honey instead of the vinegar. In my mind, there will need to be some policy concessions from HQ.

his "fans" are disaffected Americans who don't appreciate the parallel path the Dem establishment has taken relative to the Repubs

when the ability to create real positive change exists

if not now when

instead we get Barbara Boxer and Harry Reid and Hillary Clinton fiddling with the status quo and divvying up the spoils

what should one expect from multi millionaires I guess

The people of Nevada, those who spent their Saturday at the convention instead of relaxing at home, should have every right to be mad at this outcome.

I don't care if it was insignificant or who is to gain from all of this. It was clear what went down was unfair, even more that it tipped the election in one parties favor. Yes, I would have liked Bernie to win. However imagine the outrage that would happen if Bernie won NV in this manner..
Hillary got the popular vote and that should reflect it in the convention. She did not, however earn those 30 or so extra votes.

The people of Nevada, voted for Hillary. Bernie's supporters threw a tantrum because they didn't like that.

I'm sorry but I started out this whole shebang far more Bernie than Hillary and if current Bernie supporters are having fits, they have no one but themselves to blame for it. I tried to be reasonable, I tried to be conciliatory, I tried to straddle the divide, but the people who say Bernie or no one have proven themselves to be fucking children who aren't going to act any other way and that is that.

I'm not going to excuse toddlers who would have Trump win because they have sour fucking grapes.

They will not try to compromise if Hillary offered it, they would whine and pout (just like they have been) and have fits and behave in every way like tea fucking baggers trying to force "orthodoxy" on us all to everyone's detriment - and how do we know this, just look at them.

Hillary 1767

Bernie 1488

One of these numbers is still bigger than the other.
