Sanders Kamikazes Clinton -"convention not a fair/transparent process", hints Hillary nomination illegitimate

Bullshit, you can call up the past all you want but the fact remains that there is no "right wing" here, there is no conspiracy, there are just Bernie supporters pandering to their butt-hurt to the detriment of everyone else.

Bernie was denied nothing, he's ALWAYS been losing, and the tantrums that inspired in his supporters are nothing more or less than puerile displays of sour fucking grapes.

You have nothing to bitch about but the things you invented to explain why Bernie lost the votes and the nomination.

Yes..................................................................

Hillary supporters point to a vast right wing conspiracy to explain any/all criticisms of the Queen

These same people won't/can't hold their side to the same standard - evidence

there is no evidence of any violence - no police records - no charges

yet all the usual suspects - debbie wasserman schultz, harry reid, now barbara boxer and more establishment drones

come out demanding bernie kneel at their feet and beg forgiveness for causing this fictitious "assault"

odd that these same people will ask for support in november

dontcha think ?

makes me think of the concept of "how to win friends and influence people"

only opposite LOL

First and foremost..I completely believe Barbara Boxer..period. Many many many years of voting for her and interacting with her has been a completely positive experience. She isn't a liar...but yeah..go ahead and do what you do. I guess she isn't "progressive" enough for you either....eh?

As for the November thing...pssst....both Boxer and Reid are retiring....voluntarily...

...they won't be asking for your support in November...just sayin';)

Oh yeah....you guys did the same thing to Elizabeth Warren online...the progressive darling....now "not really a progressive"....

http://www.rawstory.com/2016/03/eli...fans-freak-the-hell-out-on-her-facebook-page/

Bernie has basically declared war on the Democratic Party...... His criticisms of Clinton often apply to everyone in the party...and his use of "the Establishment" (meaning DEMOCRATS) as something to fear and the all or nothing anarchist dialogue suggest to me his actual intentions ....and you wonder why he doesn't have more votes and endorsements from Democrats?

So you've finally come out and endorsed your candidate.

Pretty much this.

Obama beating Clinton in 2008 shows how democratic the party is. In 2008 Clinton lost because her top adviser thought super Tuesday states were "winner take all" Mark Penn was a costly idiot.

Caucuses are undemocratic and that accounts for quite a few of Sanders' victories. I'm not going to call him by his first name because he's just another Senator from a tiny state. Inflated ego who is more disingenuous than Ted Cruz.

Sanders is a douche-bag. That's not name calling. That's how I feel.

Oh thank god Maddow is talking about Hastert. Democrats should be hitting the GOP as hard as possible with this. Make sure he's disgraced, takes the old guard with him. Dies in prison. Child raper.

We can all agree Denny Hastert, admitted child rapist, is a piece of shit?

the DNC can go to hell, there's nothing they can do against progressives because we have principles. the DNC needs sanders supporters way more than sanders supporters need the democratic party. the sad part is, so do Hillary people. #-o

"save us from ourselves, we are drunk on wall street cash, superpacs, and lobbyists, but your candidate is the disloyal one. "

According to the 'I side with' polls, you're less progressive than a number of the other people on this forum.
I'm not sure you can claim to own the term progressive alone - it's an artificial split in your own head, more than anything else.

Just admit it, you want Trump to win.

Bernie supporters are the real 'progressives'.... Clinton supporters are the real liberals and proud of it. Fucking labels.

Bernie is a Progressive, and a bunch of his mob are also, Evanrick is not, disagreeing with both Bernie and Progressives on some fairly major points.

It's funny he's all rah rah PROGRESSIVE, Democrat EVIL - and then he's never once actually tried to defend a policy of Bernie's, and when he did express and actual political thought, he sounded just like a Republican.

I love the Hillaryists who have nothing to offer than backslapping like minds

and SEVERAL of them write stuff about Bernie that equals or betters (worse than) Evanrick's Hillary hate

and those who claim to be not anti Bernie are silent and do their usual Evanrick yada yada

low hanging fruit and all that

while their candidate fails to make the case with:
progressives
independents

Bernie is vital

his ideas, his people, the enthusiasm, the REAL

he's the key to victory over Trump either as the candidate (chances slim to none)

or as a major player on Team Hillary

pick one

Just admit it, you want Trump to win.

don't you think the DNC should be re-organized to reflect the will of the people ?
lots of people are not identifying with the establishment brand it has become
did you see the LBJ/HBO special ? really good btw

the Dem party has lost its way

it doesn't seem that way because the Repubs are far worse

did you see John Oliver's riff on the DNC ? and the primary/caucus/SD process ?

change is required

I hate the word "progressive'. We're liberals god damnit. Not TR Republicans.

If you want to get persnickety, "Progressive" wasn't a party affiliated term, there were Progressive Republicans, and Progressive Democrats, if the right hadn't collapsed into rigid fascist orthodoxy and group-think, there probably still would be some Progressive Republicans around.

I do agree though that a lot of Liberals also have know fuck all about the origin and the meaning of that term. Hell, a bunch of lefties don't really know what Liberalism actually is.

Fuck off, the DNC should be organized to reflect the will of Democrats, since, ya know, it's the DEMOCRATIC National Committee, and as any fifth grader can tell you, the will of the people will be expressed just like always in NOVEMBER, at the polls.

You know if it weren't a back-slapping, have it both ways, career politician/socialist like Sanders then it would be fucking gold. His holier than thou act is really old. Simply put, he's a con-man.

I was really disappointed with Bernie when he went along with the Super-Delegate strategy. Up there Bendan is whining about the "will of the people" well, if the people haven't voted for Bernie...

Bernie never expected to be the nominee and it shows. His grasp of the issues is not particularly deep, even his signature issues. His meeting with the NY Daily News editorial board really hurt him in NY. He was not able to answer questions about breaking up the banks with any detail. Indeed, he didn't seem to have any depth of knowledge about this issue that he has been railing about for the whole campaign. I recognize that the Daily News is in the tank for Hillary, and the editorial board asked a "gotcha" question, and didn't even seem to understand the issue to well itself. Nevertheless, as a major plank in his campaign, Bernie should have been able to answer any question thrown at him and explain to the editorial board the flawed assumptions in their question.

Now, he is carrying on about the democratic primary system being rigged. Well, in some respects, it's rigged in his favor in the same way it was rigged for Obama. He did very well in the caucuses, which are very undemocratic compared to primaries. Working people, people with families, people in the military or working abroad, people in hospitals, people with small children at home, all are disenfranchised. Caucuses are far less democratic than closed primaries. If it weren't for caucuses, Bernie would be further behind than Clinton, and she would have beaten Obama in 2008.

I'm no fan of Hillary Clinton, but she showed far more class and integrity in losing in 2008 than Bernie is now.
