Well, that, and the fact that I do not eat anything after mid-morning (after a couple of toasts and some more random carbs- yes, yuck! - ) until the evening. And it was somewhat chilly in the street, for all the rising temps.

My doctor’s assistant isn’t in the room but the doctor wears Google glasses and they watch along. It only bothered me the first time that the doctor asked permission to wear them.
