Looks like so much fun. I actually think I'll enjoy this more than when lucas was in control.

At first I didn't like the lightsabre claymore but it's grown on me now. I want one!

Too bad, I liked it better than the real thing, which is giving me bad feelings. Of course its hard to judge by the first teaser and hopefully my first impressions are wrong.

Star Wars Episode 7 SPOILERS: Details on Finn & Poe Dameron's Escape!

These are descriptions of scenes set to appear early on in Star Wars Episode 7 but should be considered possible spoilers nonetheless.

Details continue to emerge about the early scenes of Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens in which tell the story of how Luke's old lightsaber gets into the hands of our new heroes and sets the new Star Wars trilogy in motion.

What we of course do know is that Finn does end up defecting from being a Stormtrooper and ends up on a desert planet and looking mighty concerned. This would be the planet that Rey is on, working at a salvage yard operation based out of that downed AT-AT and finding Luke's lightsaber falling in her lap.

Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim kicks off Thursday with Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy and director J.J. Abrams

ANAHEIM – There will be no disturbance in the Force when fans of the space movie franchise from a galaxy far, far away come to the Anaheim Convention Center next week.

Lucasfilm’s four-day Star Wars Celebration kicks off Thursday. Organizers are estimating the 10th “Star Wars” fan convention will draw more than 100,000 people.

Aside from the big names such as Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill expected to attend, panels about the next generation of “Star Wars” movies that continue the original space saga will take center stage at the convention, which is making its Anaheim debut.
