Since when did aging "naturally" become a virtue to aspire to?

Our species has been tampering with its looks and practicing body modification for thousands of years, which almost makes it part of human nature!

Review the biological facts of aging: loss of this and gain of that... if Cher had been as silly as to be willing to remain as thin as she was twenty years ago the 2009 pic would look like a mummy's pic, not like the mummy's sarcophage's pic.
If you want to fill up an outfit like that at 60, you must accept that there will be more filling...

Thank you very much, this is what I was trying to say. From hair dying to going to the gym to plastic surgery, it is all the same thing to get the same goal, looking good.

^What he was trying to say is that as people get older they naturally gain more weight. It doesn't mean they're fat, they just add a few pounds. It happened to Cher, look at her. What he said was that if she tried to be as thin as she was when she was 20 she wouldn't look as good and that's true.

People like Madonna pull it off because they work out a lot so they got muscle even though I think she lost too much weight lately. I liked her body better when she released the Confessions album.

People like Madonna TRY to pull it off... and get a 63 yo look at 48, just after the Confessions realse when she would look more like Cher now and she choosed to look more like Eloísa Berceo instead.

I was bored and plastered out of my mind sometime 2 years ago... what do you think? I was in another thread on JUB and I mentioned bad drags. This was fun to do. I never was gonna share this with anyone till now. My man hasn't even seen this.. lol

Cher is a great performer and a great actress. I saw her in concert at her farewell tour. Great show!

I wish she would go back to acting in movies. She made some great movies. My favorite being "Moonstruck."
As for her plastic surgery, at least she had good plastic surgery, not like Joan Van Arc or Priscilla Presley.
When performers are competing with 18 and 20 year old performers, a 63 year old has to long good.
