It's beginning to happen here in Europe, not in huge numbers. But the signs are all there.

Of course socialism isn't the perfect or very effective, but there are systems which can be created from blending together multiple view points of capitalism and socialism into a productive motor. Well my friend guess what every day you interact with hundreds of people, you subsidize education and pay for things which everyone obtains. Although you're disagreeing with fasteddy, you're also arguing contrary to the original claim. Applying clear thought, evanrick's statement definitely is "shit-filled... non-logic", for the simple fact that the post on which he was commenting did the exact opposite of his assertion: it went left, not right. Historically, that's been as common as the other.

I pointed out clearly the association of heuristic processing and its uses by lower educated people and thus why lower educated people are statistically more likely to join the cognitive fault which is the graceful just world theory of the republican party.

No, but people didn't worship selfishness, which Galt exalts. In the world according to Galt, children should not support their parents, because there's no profit in it. The logical conclusion from believing Galt would be that once people aren't productive, they should be shot, that being more profitable than letting them use any resources at all that they aren't earning. The only ones to deserve a retirement would be those who accumulated enough to pay for everything they might need.

Instead what is actually happening is that people holding an inferior education level and are not racial minorities are much more easily drawn to conservative arguments about the government's place in the economy and society in general. It's really no surprise that rural whites feel as though their money is taken from a government so removed and uninvolved in rural life to support people and cities far away.

That's a much clearer statement than the muddles things I was wading through earlier.
