The Ills Of Capitalism

The ills of corporatism.

So true. The casuality are the middle classes who will join the working poor to become ...erm the working poor, surviving from month to month.
It's beginning to happen here in Europe, not in huge numbers. But the signs are all there.

The world isn't simple. Nothing in the world is so clear cut and sheerly simple. Anyways you're just recycling crap from your other paragraph into this and avoiding any intellectual argument with my concepts. Basically all you've done is close yourself off and rationalized your moronic views. Of course socialism isn't the perfect or very effective, but there are systems which can be created from blending together multiple view points of capitalism and socialism into a productive motor. In the end you know nothing, you want a world where you live for yourself. Well my friend guess what every day you interact with hundreds of people, you subsidize education and pay for things which everyone obtains. You're just a small piece in this world who will die, you do not effectively matter in the long run so get off your high pedestal and open up your eyes.

You flatter yourself that your concepts merit an argument. I'm secure in my philosophy, I don't need your approval, nor do I seek it.

Cognitive dissonance is your tool and the mechanism of transition it seems. Good day sir and have a nice life.

Although you're disagreeing with fasteddy, you're also arguing contrary to the original claim. Applying clear thought, evanrick's statement definitely is "shit-filled... non-logic", for the simple fact that the post on which he was commenting did the exact opposite of his assertion: it went left, not right. Historically, that's been as common as the other.

I don't see where there is a contradiction. I pointed out clearly the association of heuristic processing and its uses by lower educated people and thus why lower educated people are statistically more likely to join the cognitive fault which is the graceful just world theory of the republican party.

Were the poor shot in the head prior to Social Security???? I don't seem to remember reading that in history class.

No, but people didn't worship selfishness, which Galt exalts. In the world according to Galt, children should not support their parents, because there's no profit in it. The logical conclusion from believing Galt would be that once people aren't productive, they should be shot, that being more profitable than letting them use any resources at all that they aren't earning. The only ones to deserve a retirement would be those who accumulated enough to pay for everything they might need.

Rand's philosophy is rightly called "objectivism" because it turns people into objects.

Ah -- a statement of faith.

You two both need a course in critical thinking.

Which is why it follows that Democrats dominate urban and developed areas of the country whereas Republicans dominate rural and less educated parts.

Mixing and matching in order to achieve false impressions. To be honest, you should make that "Democrats dominate urban and less educated areas of the country whereas Republicans dominate rural and less educated parts.

Didn't bother to do any research did you?

It shows, as does your obsession with needlessly casting racial minorities in bad light.

Start here:

Statistics aren't racist.

Instead what is actually happening is that people holding an inferior education level and are not racial minorities are much more easily drawn to conservative arguments about the government's place in the economy and society in general. It's really no surprise that rural whites feel as though their money is taken from a government so removed and uninvolved in rural life to support people and cities far away.

That's a much clearer statement than the muddles things I was wading through earlier.
