Ryan Gosling was just great in every way. The guys so cute and the movie is very good.
 
The Lost City of Z

There's a great movie to be made from this material, but this isn't it. I endured all 2 hours and 30 minutes in the hope of a thrilling climax or at least an emotionally satisfying one but it never came.
My partner didn't have the stomach or the patience and left.

Worth seeing only for Charlie Hunnam's performance which is thoroughly impressive. Very fine actor.

It was preceded by a trailer for Arthur. Looked really bad. Hunnam again, undoubtedly wasted.
 
Alien the Covenant

Loved the film but still incapable of putting all the films together to make a logical sequence. Plus still can't work out who the "engineers" were.

But still enjoyed the film enormously.
 
Last movie that I watched is "Guardians of the Galaxy 2".

Before that, it was "The Boss Baby".

Before that, it was "Ghost in the Shell".
