I just watched The Young Victoria. Granted there were some artistic license applied, but the costumes and settings were very nice indeed. I feel that the actor who played Albert stole the show.

Joan Rivers - a Piece of Work.

A better than expected documentary about Joan. It shows behind the scene look as she performs and her candid take on herself and the industry. I never realized how hard her career life has been and how much effort she puts forth finding work. I respect her a little more than before, although I still find her very contradictory with herself. On one hand, she says that she is not a real comedian, and is an actor at heart. On the other, she often regards herself as a comedic artist. And then she is very charitable for good causes and appears to like mingling with ordinary people. Yet she lives and talks as if she is above ordinary people like she is royalty.

I went to see The Muppets today. I enjoyed it! I've never really been a Muppets fan, but the movie was pretty funny.
