the last film you watched thread

A film that successfully glimpses the motives of severe abnegation, Into Great Silence (2005).

^How was it? I know it's not filmed like the first two film but I did read some where that it's a pretty fun gory movie.

It was entertaining. Not as creepy as the first two due to some humor (which was pretty funny) but still very gory. It's worth a watch. Some of the movie is hand-held but then switches to "regular" cinematograpy. Lots of good-looking Spanish dudes. :)

"The Hunger Games". I really like Jennifer Lawrence but thought the film was about a 2.5/4.

Part two of my 'spiritual' double feature, Milarepa: Magician, Murderer, Saint (2006):

Straightforward as you'd expect. I hope subsequent chapters are produced.

I guess this weekend was a sort of Ben Stiller movie thing. We watched "Little Fockers", it was funny though predictable. We were expecting it so no big deal, the characters are so likeable that you just can't say anything bad about them.

We also watched "Tower Heist", we were pleasantly surprised at how good this movie really was! Funny, good plot, suspenseful and very well developed. And, Tea Leoni was in it too, looking as fabulous as ever. There you go!

A poor little jellyfish swims through a dangerous sea, Fox and His Friends (Fassbinder, 1975).

How does it makes you a big geek?! Back To The Future is amazing and I love watching it 2-3 times per year, all parts. The same goes for A Nightmare On Elm Street series.
