nurse 3d paz de la huerta was great! she killed it literally

"A Free Soul" Didn't expect Leslie Howard to plug Clark Gable in cold blood like that.

I watched "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon" again this morning, having not watched it for about 5 years.

I am beginning to see more of the story now - before, I was more into the fighting. I feel that the film is visually rich, and the relationship between the two main characters was strained by the social norms of the time - all that love and not talking about it, dug deep and buried. It was very much a "love that dare not speak its name", but not quite between the same gender as referred to by Oscar Wilde.

I watched four almost back-to-back in very quick succession: Thor: The Dark World; enjoyed it. Ender's Game; had read the book years ago, and meh. Frozen; enjoyed it for the most part but wasn't too sure about some of the music fitting stylistically. The Hunger Games; also meh.

"A Doll's House" with Claire Bloom, Anthony Hopkins and Ralph Richardson. I couldn't sit through this play decades ago when I was younger.

Dirty Laundry. Makes me REALLY wish Rockmond Dunbar was gay or bi... that's a gorgeous well-dressed man, and you can't go wrong with Loretta Devine. ..|

"Virtue" 1932 with Carol Lombard and Pat O'Brien. Movies were better before the Hayes code.
