Which is the one reason I wouldn't write off the idea that she's wearing a prosthetic, or the far reach that she's not even pregnant. 1, her figure is career. 2, her figure is her career. 3, pretty much everything else about her is fake. her album sales are slipping and she's not topping the charts like she used to, it doesn't seem that far-fetched that she'd use pregnancy (a sure-fire way to garner media attention and public adoration) to get back on top. something about her, especially in the context of her and her father and her career, makes this seem mildly plausible. it wouldn't be the wildest thing an entertainer has done to keep their name on the marquis.

we don't see eye to eye on this one, i thought it was cute and the only thing that made that performance memorable. granted she never sings live at the VMAs, but she could've at least picked a song that was more VMA worthy, if it weren't for that baby bump rub at the end she'd have been overshadowed by lady gaga who straight up went to church and even chris "beat em down" brown.

I agree. You would think Beyonce would be a little paranoid at this point and just STOP using "inspired" works for a minute. If you're THAT uncreative, why not just hire someone else to create "original" ideas FOR you? All these claims of stealing/copying/lawsuits is just getting ridiculous.

Having a fourth album that's doing well, a tour that was doing well, appearing on numerous award shows, American Idol(which may be waning[thank hell for that!] - but it still pulls in big numbers) and of course a number of music videos - controversy withstanding - certainly kept her name out there long before she announced her pregnancy(on an awards show, btw).
I mean, I disconnected from the radio years ago and I wind in and out of all things pop, but even i'm not as lost as some of you guys are claiming to be. And why should she keep her pregnancy private? Unlike some other things in her life, it's not one of those things you can really hide AND be in the public eye at the same time. Yes, I agree, her showing the belly on stage was extra - but hell, that's the way she chose to do it. As least it wasn't to help sell magazines(purposefully, I mean).
The phrase "quit while you're behind" applies.
