That was sad. I felt sorry for Britney. Usually, when there's an eviction, I'm like Woo-Hoo! Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out! but I felt bad for her.

She was a beauty queen and she wanted to hang with the popular boys instead of playing the game she so loved and knew inside and out. She was as blind as Ragan was with Matt and while Ragan had an inkling of the boys, he didn't have the whole picture, and she had such a small portion of that. She was just blind because when you are the beauty queen no one goes against you, or so she thought. Smacked her in that mean mouth right where all that trash talking about everyone came out. Britney's exit interview was hilarious. Love that face she made when Julie said, "You're on your way to the jury house" and her speech about being a Brigade casualty was great.

So who won the first part of HOH?
Was the show live on Showtime last night? When I flipped to it, they were in the house. If that is true, that is pathetic for an endurance challenge.

Hayden won first part of HoH. The show was live on SHO and the feeds supposedly came back on at midnight too. Opening on SHO was Hayden cutting Enzo's hair.
I didn;t hear how long they were banging around in the competition, but it happened the night before while the feeds were down.

I didn't detect any notable homophobia from the Brigade at all Kensei. Enzo made a few jokes about Ragan being "a whiny little girl" at times -- and comments in the DR about Ragan being "weak" -- which undoubtedly have some uncomfortable derogatory associations, but in general, the Brigade were a very cool-with-gays group.
Honestly, the worst gay stuff came from Brendan and Rachel when they were there, which surprised me since I'd initially thought they'd be the most enlightened.

Yea I dont remember much homophobic. Calling Ragan a whiny little girl is quite fair. That's how he acted. I dont think it had anything to do with his sexuality. When gay people are acting up they should be called in their behavior. You shouldnt have to tip toe around them b/c they are gay.
I always felt Lane was the most homophobic but was careful not to slip up. I just always got that vibe from him. I think he just had no one to be homophobic with. Plus usually guys that behave as gross pigs like he does, in his stories from back home, are pretty big homophobes. Of everyone in the house he seemed to avoid any interaction with Ragan. I remember when Ragan was begging Britney to talk to him on his behalf b/c he was so intimidating.
Matt used to say the most homophobic things. He'd always call Ragan his girlfriend and make fun of how obsessed he was with him to show off to the other Brigade guys. I guess he could call the friend card. But Matt is so thoroughly dishonest so who knows?

Yeah Lane definitely has rigid ideas about what it means to be a man vs a woman, and they range from neanderthal-behavior (jokes about punching out a girl's boyfriend etc) to disturbing (jokes about rape etc).

And unsurprisingly, Enzo bombed that challenge. That was beyond pathetic. Remember when Janelle did that challenge in ONE FUCKING MINUTE? Man I miss that chick.
However, Enzo could still win if Lane wins Part III and takes Enzo. I know Lane has told Hayden he would take him, but I have to believe he knows he has a slightly better shot against Enzo. I think Lane will still lose to Enzo, but I don't see why he'd take Hayden over Enzo. And let's all remember that Part III is always kinda crap shoot, which is how a dingbat like Jordan could win Final HOH last year. So Enzo isn't out of it yet.
Finally, I really don't like this format where the final eviction happens on finale night because it doesn't give the final juror any time to deliberate with the jury, the jury questions are always rushed, and the jurors don't have any time to marinate on any of the answers etc. I disliked the formats last year and I still dislike it now.

I actually thought Hayden looked the best tonight than I've ever seen him. Enzo's face to me is as slack and numb as his brain. What kind of 35 y/o man wants to be remembered as the MEOW MEOW? An Italian Man Pussy Meow Meow that is who.
I still skeeve Lane, though. All that I have heard him say just churns in me.
An to answer a question someone asked about homophobia - I think Ragan was the worst with some of the lines he threw about.
I also, knowing those Italian familias in Joisey kept wondering, during the PoV comp when one of them was going to say some homophobic thing when Ragan's disc bounced and hit the Meow Puss in the head. They must have had to bite their tongues really hard. And them all shouting "shun, shun, shun' was a wee simple.

I loved Ragan's speech to Rachel. He had to talk to her like a child. Brendon just sat there with that goofy look on his face. What is wrong with him, why does he want that?

Well joesman I guess to each their own. But I watched on 52" high def and he looked a mess. His skin was horrible and he so many huge zits around his mouth. And his hair looks so awful and damaged. I wonder if he's dyed or something.
Enzo is the worst at challenges but I think he is a good looking guy. His wife seem like a perfect couple. Which is more than I can say for Britney and Nick. But Nick seems just like the kind of pushover guy who well live miserable while Brit spends his money and forces their kids into pageants.
Enzo needs to just buzz his hair. I wish he got that haircut instead of Brendon b/c he just looks crazy. I think it would suit Enzo with his little mole.
