Imagine if this was a 30-something year old male artist pulling this on a 19 year old female.
I have dated many guys in the past. I have never done anything close to kissing without permission. Not even to random guys in gay bars.

Have never watched the show, but Katy Perry seems nice enough and seems to not take her entertainer/celebrity self that seriously. The 19 Year Old Virgin takes himself way too seriously and if he's that sensitive he should stay out of show business. Yeah, I guess it's too bad his first on-the-lips kiss wasn't from someone he was in love with, but judging from JUB posts he may have to wait decades for that to happen, or maybe IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. I can't be the first person to observe that he now has a notoriety that he otherwise would never have had, which is what Idol contestants presumably want. Can he sing?

The Immaculate Heart order has long been a thorn in the side of the archdiocese, dating back to the sixties, when they first rebelled against the cardinal-archbishop of that time. The nuns wanted the place turned into a hotel. Could anyone seriously believe that city would ever allow a luxury hotel be established on the property? The house--a notable work by Bernard Maybeck, an important architect--is remote, up steep, narrow, winding roads in an entirely residential neighborhood. The hotel was never going to happen.
Always seemed like a scam to me, put together by a grifter.

First of all, a kiss has nothing to do with being "sex crazed", second of all. I couldn't watch the video on the site in the OP, so I searched it myself and watched it. Of course, it looks totally staged and more than likely is. Secondly, he did not look uncomfortable in the least, but a bit surprised is all.
