I think Leona and Celine are the best light voiced singers. Whitney is probably my favourite out of all. Christina and Mariah are wonderful, but need to tone it down.

Christina, yes. However, her voice is starting to go already. Well, it's been going for a couple of years now.
Mariah has been toning it down whenever I've seen her performances. Sure, she'll do a few riffs towards the end of her song, but she certainly is not doing the same vocal gymnastics and crescendos that she did at the beginning of her career. However, I do not know if it's that she wants to or she has to tone it down.
Whitney...well, I have not heard her sing live for a long time. Last that I did hear, she did I Will Always Love You and it was great considering that her voice is not as powerful as it used to be.
However, neither Mariah nor Whitney typically oversang songs in that sense. Now that their voices are going, I don't think anyone has to worry about it anyway. So, there you go.

Any specific songs that I should look @ & compare? I feel like her voice is only getting stronger. I'm no expert, but Back To Basics seemed to be amazing, vocally.

The 'Stripped' era was roughly five years ago. Since then, she's had no vocal problems. So, I'm not too sure where you're going with this. If anything, her voice has improved, not declined.

I think 'Back to Basics' was a good vocal move as it required her to vocally go back to basics i.e. earlier blues/jazz influences that are less damaging to her voice. She's quite fine and very spectacular right now but her penchant for growling's going to get her in the long run. 'Stripped' was an indicator of what could come again.
