Considering that Cracker Barrel discriminated against African Americans and wouldn't hire gay employees until they were forced and well, we all know what Chick-Fil-A is all about you should rephrase that to indicate that it's a CERTAIN KIND (wink wink) of Republican who eats there.
Whole Paycheck - LOL - love that
Trader Joes is the affordable Whole Foods - I shop there every week and I notice that the workers are excellent - great attitude, helpful and appear happy
not sure how Giancarlo is pulling a TJ is democratic silliness (perhaps it is true) but I'm sure a source is on its way (not) - why source something when u can just say it's so - very Harry Reid-esque
and Luv - they're not judging u - they're lusting after u![]()
so a tourist asked him where does you go for the best New York italian food....he deadpanned, "My wife and I love this little place over in New Jersey called The Olive Garden".
No problem such as all of y'all. Here in Corpus Christi it's Whataburger. It will out shine anything you can come up with.
Haha! Around here the late night/early morning drunks do Krystal (White Castle of the South) or Waffle House. Usually, you can count on one murder a month after midnight at area Waffle Houses.
California's market is over saturated. Fresh Market has 1 store in California. Fresh & Easy has 150. Though it was expensive for them to start up and they may spin off the chain. We don't need bigotry operated stores in this state, period. I've had enough of this honestly. My patience is wearing thin with all these fundamentalists moving their little stores where ever they please. Not welcomed in California and I hope it remains at 1 store.
MisterMajestic
You made me google it. I've never even thought that it would be in other states.
However, none in South Carolina.I guess you could say Whaddaburger here.
What I find interesting is that Aldi's is located in an upper-middle-class side of town...
Hmmmm, interesting point. Question, though.....is the upper middle class side of town also the OLDER AND POSSIBLY RETIRED PERSON part of town? The reason I ask is that, when Aldi's first opened in PA years ago, it was pitched toward the older generation in terms of price, selection, etc. They actually marketed to those living on social security and was conveniently located in an area that was considerably "grayer" than those around it. Could that be the case maybe down there?
Oh please. The south is hardly a shining example of anything. The highest unemployment, the highest amounts of institutional corruption... business friendly environments... more republican jibber jabber.
He said that before he got into "my state has a bigger d*ck then yours" argument...
He said that before he got into "my state has a bigger d*ck then yours" argument... I mean better business "environment" (whatever that means). It's true. I don't care for the South and the economic doldrums they continue to be in. Or the high levels of corruption that permeates throughout their local governments. Bell, California has nothing compared to what goes on in some of those states.

I myself said there launch in the US was quite expensive and that they would spin off the store. But you haven't read anything I wrote. It'll probably be sold to another firm, but the bones are there for a profitable business.
F&E's impending collapse? LMAO. Where do you get that from? They'll spin off the store and it'll be sold to another grocer most likely. It's highly unlikely they'll brand itself will collapse.
Which I find silly. There are car manufacturers in California too. Develop strong businesses? Is that why Southern states suffer from some of the worst economic numbers in the entire country? I mean even California is better then the South.
And based on your illogical rants, I don't think you have much of an idea about California at all. This Fresh Market crap won't catch on, especially when you have better stores like Trader Joes. Again the south can keep their bigotry funded businesses... to themselves.
By the way Trader Joes, which has reported strong growth figures and wide profit margins is based in no other then PASADENA, CALIFORNIA.
Most Innovative Companies: Trader Joe's
If you want a profitable company, this PASADENA BASED CHAIN is it. Fresh Market is far from it.
10 States With The Worst Economic Security
While California ranks on this list of the 10 states with the WORST economic security, it ranks at 6th. Mississippi ranks #1, Arkansas #2, Alabama #3, Florida #4, Georgia #5, South Carolina #7, West Virginia #8... so what does that leave? 7 out of the 10 states worst off economically in this country are in the South. Don't even begin to tell me this describes a good "business" atmosphere. Overall these states are deep in the doldrums. California at least has the infrastructure and the giant status to rebound strongly. Best business friendly environment ensures absolutely nothing and is nothing more then conservative talk.
tail between legs + take a break + PM Sammie "my bad" is my advice
and I love this thread btw
California is the place I oughta be, so I'm loading up my truck and moving to Beverly. Hills that is. Swimming pools and movie stars.
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah California
Most of that talk about smaller government this, less regulation (more corruption and bribery) is GOP talk...
He's doing the exact same thing with me when I say something. He's misrepresented California on various occasions.
But then again your vendetta is obvious.
