JUB currently has 98,548 members/accounts/JUBbers.

Precisely how many JUBbers are experiencing this 'log in' problem?

A lot

during 2015 period. I remember I and few others never had this issue back in 2011-2013 or even 2014..all smooth sailing. The volume speak mishap because you can say there's no E-coli outbreak but few people got sick telling otherwise.

and about the repeat, basically impractical in rl situation. Customer is always right no matter what:) and if you do so, you'll lose them or you'll get fired :p

I use Chrome (on 8.1), supplemented by a Chromebook and I very rarely suffer from any log-in issues on either machine. Could be due to software incompatibilities, glitches and other such things. It can't always be down to the site playing up...

I think my chrome could be problematic, now I'm in Firefox, I haven't been kicked off eversince. I always though firefox is problematic with all its add-ons ..but not this time.

If you clear your cookies every time you exit your browser that could explain why you have to log in every time you come here. Add this site to your list of exceptions on firefox that way whenever you clear your cookies the sites on that list are exempt.

Now. That's a fresh- clear real solution. :) I'm gonna browsing here for awhile..in Firefox. Let this browser goes fat with all JUB cache data and see tomorrow if it'll acting up. If your solution right, you'll get the price cutie ;)

I'm having the same problem recently! I had this issue last year or two and it went away, but I don't remember what I did to fix it 😕.

Maybe it's time for all of us to move to a different forum, or create one. Moderating/hosting a forum is crazy easy, especially the size of this one. The only problem is money, depending on the size.

What kind of money for just the forum, sans porn?

Oh happy day..happy day...(O happy day) when JUB rise..when JUB rise..from damnation..in google chrome

Probably more than nearly anybody would want to consider. There's probably a very good reason that there haven't been a plethora of gay fora (the correct plural, but never used by Americans) out there. I assume the software is expensive - this site uses the "state of the art" forum software which is usually reserved for websites with large memberships***, which of course JUB has.

So, unfortunately, if the forum disappeared here, I wouldn't be holding my breath for somebody to take up the slack. All the wishing in the world wouldn't change the inevitability that few people are probably also willing to put in the huge amounts of behind-the-scenes time as well. This site isn't perfect, but certainly leaps and bounds better than it could be.

***An aside: I belong to a radio-related forum which has fewer than 1,000 members on it, and they're using the vBulletin software also. I think that's actually rather unusual. Generally I've only seen this format used on the really big sites, such as for NASCAR, sports collectors, Republicans, travel, etc.

My worst nightmare; perhaps worse than a world wide catastrophe.

That JUB should close down. :(

It would be nice to know what Centipede was thinking in terms of cost.
