I remember once that there was a member here to used to talk about how nobody would know that he was gay.. he's a jock and he's closeted and totally "straight acting."

well, the point of this thread as I started it was to push the boundary of "straight-acting"-ness to the point where it's ridiculous.

I was asking in a way that are there really straight acting gay guys ? What does it mean to be straight acting anyway ? Do straight acting guys shun dick and watch girls gone wild videos ? Do they sit on the couch with their male buddies watching sports and Jerry Springer, while commenting on how this or that girl looks hot ? Are they in the closet ? Or do they just have the properties that don't scream "I'm a flaming queen !!" while in public ?
 
Ya, exactly I'm straight-acting... but not acting... just how I feel comfortable. I feel bad for dudes they feel they need to repress their true self and try acting "straight" for social acceptence.... they're not doing anyone any favours, especially not themselves...

i think so, i mean i am not a flamer i dont tell people i am gay i rarely shave or comb my hair for work, i also own a few handguns and go to the firing range with some of the guys i work with on the weekends.
