The Gators are playing LSU today. Looks like another tough test, but at least QB Lagway is back, so hopefully they have a chance.

The cooler weather has finally arrived here. Right now it's 50 degrees, and I just turned on my space heater for the first time this year. I trust that you're getting chilly weather in the desert, but hopefully not too cold.

We are getting into the 40s at night and highs in the 70s. Really nice weather. No rain in sight. I am feeling very tired lately and sleep a lot.

It looks like your Holy Men should win. The Gators look like they should have an easy game against their arch rivals. In fact, it looks too easy, after the difficult year they've had. I'm getting a funny feeling about this one.

I'm glad you're getting really nice weather out in the desert. We got our first real cold snap late last week, with lows in the upper 40s and low 50s, and highs in the low 70s. It has warmed up into the low 80s, but the lows are still dropping to about 60 at night. It has been very sunny and dry.

I saw that your Holy Men beat USC last Saturday. As for my Gators, I needn't have worried. They started out a little flat, but kept capitalizing on the Seminoles fumbling away the ball, so it was an easy win.

You must be getting some nice weather right now. We're having another cold snap here in Florida, with lows down to about 50 and highs in the low 70s. Right now I'm sitting in front of my space heater, but it should be sunny and nice by midday. Yesterday I met up with a few friends, where we sat by the water. Usually we try to sit in the shade to avoid the heat, but yesterday it was cool enough that we sat in the sun to keep warm.

I hope all is well with you. I see that Southern California is having Santa Ana winds, but I suspect that's mainly along the coast and is probably not much bother where you are. It warmed up quite a bit here, into the mid 80s, but a cold front is supposed to come through tonight, and drop our lows back into the 50s and highs into the 70s tomorrow.

It's going to be a big football day, with the Gators taking on Tulane, followed by your Holy Men taking on Indiana. It's going to be the end of the road for the Gators, with the possibility of having an 8 win season. Who would have thought that possible, with the kind year they were having earlier? But your Holy Men are in the new 12 team playoff series, and if they win, they go on and keep playing, and somebody will eventually win it all, as I understand it.

I hope you're enjoying your nice crisp mornings out in the desert. We have one more warm day before the temps drop tonight into the low 50s, and highs around 70 for the weekend. Then it will gradually warm up until Christmas Day, when it will be 78. but with a lot of clouds.
