When Biden was President, then Majority Leader Chuck Schumer suggested bring Biden's non-judicial nominees to the floor in blocks, where the Senate would voice vote yea/nay on groups of nominees- 10 or 20 at a time. Republicans screamed like a mashed cat, so it never happened.
Until 2025. John Thune, not to be outdone, is holding votes on Trump's nominees one hundred at a time.
Included in the next round of nominees is Anthony D'Esposito to be the Inspector General at the Department of Labor.
In 2024, D'Esposito lost his US House seat from New York. During the campaign, it came out that D'Eposito had hired his mistress to work for his Congressional office (the mistress was not the woman who was his fiancée). He also hired his fiancée's daughter. He was also under investigation for poor record-keeping on his campaign- submitting over $130,000 in expenses without a receipt and paying for private meals that were submitted with descriptions that were vague (e.g. "steak").
In spite of a long list of corruption issues, D'Esposito will be confirmed by the Republican Senate as part of one of the blocks of 100 nominees.

CREW submits statement for the record on D’Esposito’s nomination - CREW | Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington
The Senate must reject former Representative Anthony D’Esposito’s nomination for Inspector General at the Department of Labor due to his history of allegedly violating ethics rules.
