A person who cavalierly suggests that a selfless warrior who has served his country for 40 years in peacetime and war should lose his life for treason – in expectation that someone will take action. I've heard the lawyers say that juries generally hand out harsher fines than judges. On the other hand, at a civil jury trial, you only need a few holdouts to hang the jury. I'm nor sure what the proportion is in NY but I think it's 2/3rds.
 
Also when the fate of your cash relies on the consideration of a Judge you've been vilifying and calling corrupt and should be arrested - you probably aren't in the realm of usual anymore.
