Trump this.

...Snell remarked, "The worst outcome that could have come from this case has already been handed down, and that is for the corporate licenses to be cancelled. The properties are likely going to be liquidated. The properties are probably going to be sold at auction. That's probably what is going to happen. We don't know that for sure, but that is probably where this is headed. So [Trump] is already really, really in trouble."...

Apparently, Florida has homesteader laws like Texas does. They generally mean that a person's primary residence can't be seized for debt. In Florida, this seems to be saying they can't be seized to pay punitive fines.

This may mean that Toad's tacky palace on the sea won't get sold. Uhlike everything else. If the toad judge in Florida gets this decision, she's going to stop NY from taking it away, despite the fact that it's not a residence at all.

When Trump purchased Mar-A-Lago, there was a covenant agreement made with Palm Beach that the property would not be used as a residence. Which means that his liens weren't created as "owner-occupied", so he may issues claiming that it is his primary domicile. :)

According to the Palm Beach attorney, Mar-A-Lago is considered a resort and Trump is allowed to live there because he is classified as an employee of the resort.

Rumors abound that many of these properties aren't actually owned by Trump. The golf properties seem to be in the name of DJT Interests but a lot of the buildings with the Trump name on them are owned by other holding companies that Trump doesn't have majority interest in.

I'm still not sure there won't be a whole lot of challenges about New York seizing properties in other states to pay the fines.

But no matter how it turns out, unless he can figure out how to use the White House for the rest of his life...it sounds like he could end up in a shared bed-sit with Rudy.

The challenges are going to be to the ruling, once there is a ruling, it's done. There is nothing left to challenge but the process. There is no wiggle room once there is a judgment and fines imposed. He'd have to convince an appellate court that the judgment was biased or fined unfairly for some reason. The easiest thing to do is just pay the fucking fine. But he's been lying about how much cash he has and that is why they are going to take his shit. Any interest in any project will also go on the auction block. even personal property like planes and cars. Expense shit with re-sale value, even designer clothing if it's worth enough can also be seized.

A lot is going to depend on the wording of the judgment, if they fine Toadco and stop there, that's one thing, but if they start naming names, like Toad, Junior, and the stupid one, guess who else is going to lose everything? Everything of value will be auctioned off up to the value of the fine, and then the lawsuits from people defrauded by Toad will get their pound of flesh. Remember, everything will be in receivership until all of this is resolved and don't expect that person to play games with the court to stop any of it.

Like the lawyer in that article said, Toad and Spawn are already in the worst-case scenario. It should be noted that profits from fraudulent enterprises are automatically forfeited. No one can profit from fraud, which means that the catalog bride better bury her jewelry and get a good lawyer because as of now, any agreements she has in place are null, and Barron's trust is under serious threat.

The problem is that there is so much completely damning evidence that "caught red-handed" doesn't even begin to cover it. Toad got on the TV at various points and convicted himself. How does one convince an appellate court the judge was unfair when the primary confession is oneself?

So because Trump is still mad at Netanyahu for accepting Biden's win in 2020, he lashed out again like a 7 year old brat...this time siding with Hezbollah.

There just are no depths that he won't sink to.

There just are no depths that he won't sink to.
As I predicted. He just can't stand that the cable news channels aren't paying attention to him. He'll continue giving lots of interviews and saying ridiculous, insane things just to try to keep the spotlight off the rest of humanity.

When it rains it pours.

...Digital World Acquisition Corp. (DWAC), a so-called special-purpose acquisition company, said in a regulatory filing that it has received termination notices from investors for $467 million of the funding. The remaining $533 million will be returned to investors, with DWAC CEO Eric Swider saying in a press release that the decision is a "positive development" as Trump's media group focuses on developing a "sustainable business model."..

:rotflmao:

Here's a Truth for Toad, THEY TOOK THEIR MONEY BACK!!!!!! ALL OF IT!!!!!

:rotflmao:

Sink or swim Toad.

He's already made off with a lot of it.

And the investors cancelling are just as likely to be concerned that their money will be used to pay his fines in New York.

But as usual, everyone keeps slapping more paint on this turd.

It's a good thing. Sure guys. Sure.

He didn't make off with any of it. The money was contingent on the merger which never happened, so he never got his little amphibian hands on any of it.

I think it's hilarious that they're trying to spin this as a positive step forward, when it's clear as day the people who put up the cash in expectation of one of his lies coming true - figured it out first.

Friendly reminder: there's a solar eclipse in North, Central and South America tomorrow. Don't be like Cheeto Jesus and look directly into the sun. You might end up a crazy old authoritarian seditionist in a loveless marriage.

There is absolutely no chance in hell of a merger for Truth Social at this point. I suspect it will continue to die a slow death...particularly since he gets to post on Twitter again and really won't need the platform.

The reviews are not good. and as the article states, his comments on Israel a window into how his head works when it comes to foreign policy.

It has to be only about him.

But will America really be listening? Or will CNN pull their usual shit and try to both sides this disastrous speech because they are now controlled by a MAGAt and they want Trump to keep selling soap?

The entire reason for the merger - which was kind of a shell game in the first place, was to funnel the cash to TwitterToad and reap the billions promised.

If Toad gets fined for being a fraud, guess who gets the money?

I thought he would have already scored on the advance...that even on fees and disbursements, million would have been funneled into his bank accounts.

Like the rest of the people running the shell game grift.

I can almost guarantee that some people have walked away with millions from this.

There was too much scrutiny, and the FED was already suspicious, the merger never happened because the FED had been going through it with a fine-toothed comb and refused to sign off on anything. The money stayed in limbo pending permission, and that's where it was until the investors started taking their money back.

I don't know where he got the start-up capital - which was never intended to be the primary source of financing.
