But I think his staff have shown him pics of some riot somehwere and he now has it in his head that this is Portland right now.

We know he was caught out when he was having a conversation with the Governor and was told that it was not as he had pictured it.

So is he a canny cunt who is still perfectly aware that he is lying to the cameras or an increasingly befuddled and confused fantasist who will be screaming that the nurse is stealing his teeth in a year or so when he is finally removed from view?

The pragmatist in me says that the MSM didn't report on Biden's decline after he got COVID... or on the subject Parkinson's symptoms he developed, "for our own good".

I can understand why- he was the leader of the free world and was he trying desperately to rebuild alliances that Trump had damaged, in a country that was still trying to recover from the COVID pandemic policies of the Trump years that stalled the economy, damaged the populace psychologically and created a segment of the population that hated the same government that was sending them money to keep them afloat.

Complicit to this was Biden's staff, who hid the truth about Biden's inconsistent mental acuity, with the good intentions of not making America look weak , governed by a leader with health issues. But his staff also lied to Biden about the truth of his situation and about his declining chances of re-election. Jill Biden also deserves some of the blame, too; she had to have seen the truth of the situation.

Ultimately, Biden's health caused him to fail at his objectives to rebuild the US. Shrewd opponents like Netanyahu and Putin exploited Biden's weakness. And then the debate happened.

The cynic in me says that the MSM's unequal treatment of Biden's decline and Trump's decline is all about ratings. Trump is constantly blathering to the Press. Daily, he does something outrageous that they can use for "Breaking News!" bulletins and social media promotions. He's weakened the government regulators to allow these same companies to merge, gobble up other companies, and reward their stockholders and executives monumentally.

And the Trump staff...

There's a really awful episode of the original Star Trek called, "Patterns of Force" that makes the mistake of using Nazi Germany as a dramatic tool but beneath the Nazi excesses is a story about a human academic who is being drugged and stage-managed by exploitive members of his government. They drug him and write his speeches and use him to enact their personal agendas using new technologies to control the populace. Trump's "staff" appears to be doing something very similar. Stephen Miller, Russ Vought, Mike Johnson and JD Vance seem to be propping up Trump and using him as a distraction while they enact the radical Project 2025 plan. The media companies and the tech billionaires have created platforms that enable the governmental deceptions, while they also benefit from the deregulation that would rein in social media and AI that created their billionaire status.

That sounds like a conspiracy theory but it's the very plot of that old Star Trek episode and it really does seem like it's playing out before our very eyes...

And the Trump speech in front of the military generals... he kept them waiting for 45 minutes and babbled incoherently for an hour about just ridiculous nonsense. As painful as it is, listen to this speech. I've heard older men with dementia talk with this same disjointed, topic-hopping speech pattern. It's bad. It's really bad.

The problem is that maybe 50% of these people will seek to get their jobs back, the trust is broken.

Now that the National Enquirer is gone, the White House leaks to other conservative allies of Trump, one of which is the British tabloid, The Daily Mail.

The Daily Mail was running stories about layoffs and how the Democrats were responsible for the shutdown. Then they ran a story about layoffs at the CDC.

Today, The Daily Mail is running headlines like, "Ooops... our bad! We didn't mean to layoff 800 1000 1250 1400 people at the CDC. We're going to hire them back!". Not sure where that's coming from. It might be a coincidence, but another story in The Daily Mail included a picture of the White House Propaganda Press Shop that includes KKKaroline Leavitt, Dan Scavino, Stephen "Sharpei" Cheung and Elon's BFF Katie Miller (aka Mrs Stephen Miller).



The stories say that "someone" sent out a varied number of layoff notices to CDC employees. Then they realized that the people they had targeted were the few global experts on deadly diseases like Ebola, Marburg , mpox, et al. Some of the employees had 30 years of experience working across the globe on deadly pandemics.
