Part 41
"Our Little Secret"
"The brothers are great!" Marcus told Bradley. "That's nice." Bradley replied. It had only been a few days since he had joined Kappa Beta Chi, but it felt like it had been weeks. "So, I talked to Cole a few days ago and he told me that you haven't been going to the meetings. What's up with that?" "I've just been very busy with work and school and now with Kappa Beta Chi…not to mention, with you." Bradley shook his head and said "No. We've barely talked since you've joined that frat. You didn’t even sleep here last night! You slept at the frat house!"
"Look, I'm sorry. I've just been having a lot of fun over there." Marcus said, pulling Bradley close to him. "Well don’t forget about me. Your boyfriend. Or, soon to be ex-boyfriend." Bradley said this with both a joking tone and a serious tone, somehow. "I won't forget. I never could. Wanna go to the movies or som-" Marcus' phone interrupted him. "Hello? Hey! Sure. Ok! I'll be there in twenty minutes. Ok, bye." Marcus slipped his phone in his pocket and turned back to Bradley. "I'm sorry. It was Liz. She wants to study for our math test. I'll make it up to you later, I promise." Marcus said, leaving.
Marcus knocked on the dorm room door. After almost a minute, Liz opened it. They greeted each other and Marcus entered. There was two beds, one for Liz, and one for her roommate, who was gone. They sat on Liz's bed. "So, where are your books and stuff?" Marcus asked. Liz laughed and kissed him on the lips. They kissed passionately and Liz grabbed his hand. While kissing, she put his hand on her breast. He rubbed it a bit before pulling away from her. "I can't do this!"
"What do you mean?" Liz asked. "I'm with Bradley." He told her. "Yes, but he's a boy. There's things that you can do with me, that you can't do with him. And it will be our little secret." Marcus shook his head and jumped off the bed. He ran to the door and left. He had missed being with girls, but didn't want to betray Bradley. That wasn’t the way to go with these…these needs.
Part 42
Hot Chocolate
"What did you do at Liz's?" Bradley asked, as Marcus sat next to him on their bed. "I have to talk to you before I make a terrible mistake. I love you so much but I…I have other needs that you can never satisfy. I like girls too and I wanna be with them. I almost made a terrible mistake with Liz tonight, but I didn’t. I made myself stop, before we started. I wanted to talk to you first. I can't handle these urges anymore. I need to have sex with a girl." Marcus said this before Bradley had a chance to say anything else.
Bradley sat there, shocked. "What are you saying?" he asked. "I'm asking you, if it's ok, if I sleep with Liz. I need to." Bradley almost cried but stopped himself. "Fuck you! Do whatever you want. If I can never satisfy you, then what's the point of this relationship?! Go fuck whoever you want! Liz, Allison, Oliver, Cole, Cody, whoever!" Marcus scooted farther from him on the bed. "I'm not Jeremy! Don't compare me to him!" "Just get the fuck out of here!" Bradley yelled. Marcus got up and left.
Bradley sat there, alone, crying his eyes out. He knew he couldn’t hate Marcus, but he sure as hell could try. His heart felt empty. He tried to calm himself down, before Dex heard him. There was a knock at the door. Too late. He wiped his face and went to the door. "What's wrong?" Dex asked. He actually seemed to care. "I think Marcus and I broke up." "I thought so. I made you some hot chocolate." Dex said, holding up a mug. Bradley smiled and took the mug. "Come in." he told Dex.
"Why did you do this?" Bradley asked, referring to the hot chocolate. "Well…after seeing you and your friends together, I craved relationships like that. You know, you guys are the closest thing I have to friends. Even in high school, I never made a friend." Bradley hugged him tight. He couldn’t feel bad for himself when Dex said this. They separated and Dex continued. "I haven't even read a book in like four days." Bradley couldn’t help but giggle a little.
