I think they are, Taz. He's in good spirits and the surgeons feel he's making incredible progress.

Chris, he wishes he could with the male nurses. So far, all of his nurses have been female. He's only mentioned one male nurse, and he was in one evening to help his room mate.
 
I'm glad he's making good progress on his road to recovery. :)
 
I talked to Neil a little while ago - he's doing well. He walked so well today the nurse had to stop him at the door - he's only got one hospital gown on and the nurse didn't want him giving the other patients a "thrill".

Hope they're keeping him comfy while he's mending.
 
We are a perverse bunch.

I didn't call Neil today - I was a bit under the weather - I think I have a kidney stone that wants to come out, so I stayed in bed as much as possible. I wish I'd been up to give him a call.

I'll give him a call tomorrow/later today, since *tomorrow* is already here!

I spoke to Neil for a few minutes this morning - he's in good spirits and is up and about - they were coming for him so he could get cleaned up when I called, so he had to cut it short. No reports as to whether the nurse was his type or not.
