Just got done battling my ISP. It wasn't too terrible--I had a competent representative, but it took half an hour AND it was an issue that should not have come up in the first place.
 
Finished my meetings for today.

What a day. Putting out the flames as clients run around with their hair on fire...trying to get the ones that disaster befell on the weekend calmed down so I can help put a plan in place for them.
 
Wasted my day (I think) having to attend an in-person meeting review to advise all the parties of a contractual process for resolving a serious issue that suddenly arose.

I don't have a lot of patience for face to face anymore when we don't have all the players literally at the table and my back hurts.

When I sat down though, I wanted to tell everyone that I have started playing Forge of Empires on line to decompress and that this morning I had earned a Defensive Trench which increases my attack and defense strength by 44%...so I was forewarning.

But the pain killers dulled my Pique and I remained pleasant and positive throughout the meeting....but only getting back at 3pm this afternoon meant that I missed my lunch and my nap, so there's that.

The best part though was the look on faces when I just read portions of the contract they had entered into that clearly identified where the primary responsibility for the rectification of default would lie...because none of the parties actually had really read the contract they had entered into.

But I could have done this on ZOOM.
 
After a few moments I have discovered Life Cinnamon Cereal turns soggy the second it touches milk. :mad:

Friday afternoons are not when I want to be triggered by someone who really is dependent on my good graces to be patient even though I have had months of concern about their attitude and performance on a project.

Tired of their passive-aggressive whining and delaying tactics so yeah.

Also sick and tired of our 2 cats inability to get along with the interloper we are trying to integrate.

So my patience has snapped.
 
Having to prep my form to file with the Landlord Tenant Board to evict a tenant who now owes us 6 months rent....and feeling rather sad about having to do it.

But she now owes 6 months rent.
 
Well, 18 years between new cars is pretty impressive.

And here I am, thinking that from here-on, we may just only buy used because we don't find the new Pilots as good as the old.
