It is of my opinion only that the coffee industry is adding something to quell bitterness in both house blends and even more so in breakfast blends coffee.

But the FDA allows some ingredients to be left out. I know that flavored coffees use propylene glycol and spray the beans to adhere the flavor more intensive.

Unless it's in the roasting process. I don't know....

But you can make them as strong as you want and there is never any bitterness at all.

I love the breakfast blends especially.

I shut up about coffee now :)

What is wrong with people today?

I still feel like death warmed over and have had to sit through ZOOM meetings with people who seem to have no shred of common sense.

And again, who seem to want to reflexively dispute the very fine advice I am giving them.

Anyhow. I should get on Harke's sex caht line (or however it was originally spelled).

I am going to drink a hot rum toddy fro my throat and chest now.
 
I came home from a rehearsal.
My neighbors are still listening to their stupid ambience music. How can anyone listen to that shit for 5 hours straight o_O
 
omg.

I have only gotten sicker...but for the first time this morning I have the beginning of a 'productive' cough...kind of.

Def pneumonia. And maybe bronchitis.

And I feel so rotten I don't want to leave the house to see the doc.

I banged out some critical paperwork finally this am, but I have to get beck to bed soon.

lord take me now....🤧
 
My poor kitty Mizzy...every time she would come up to sit on my chest...after about a minute, I would be triggered into barking, unproductive coughing....my doc ws so busy today the only alt was a trip to the emerg department and they are just surging in Ontario with this virus...so no thanks to sitting there for hours in order to get an xray to tell me what I already know...so more hot rum buttered toddies and wishing this on my best enemies.

Don’t put it off if you’re really that sick, it’ll only get worse. Then give yourself plenty of rest over the next several days. I know you’re worried about your business, but your health is more important. The contractors or whoever will just have to wait.
