Home from shopping. I got some new bed pillows from target. I needed them bad.

And I spent another $75 on miscellaneous items and completely forgot the shaving cream and razor blades that I went out to get.

I’m bringing a steak to room temperature so I can cook it for dinner. I picked up some more asparagus and some cauliflower to go with it

I did that for about two weeks on Brillo pads. Just could not remember to even put them on a list. Too infrequently needed.

Why on a Sunday afternoon?
Hon, city people do go places and do things on Sunday afternoons. Don't you remember that from your Toronto days?

Every Sunday afternoon (unless one of us is out of town or something), my best buddy and I get together. (And that's the case even when we'd gone to do something Saturday night, as we did this weekend.) We alternate his place in Brooklyn (with five cats) and mine in Queens (with two cats); this week it was my turn to travel.
