Too late, I already ate it and it was perfect. I’ve really mastered the steak. I finally found the secret. I never let the steak sit out long enough. Now I’ve been letting it sit for at least an hour and half to come to room temperature and letting the pan get warm enough before starting.

Today I splurged on a fillet mignon and it was so tender and juicy.

The corn on the cob was really good too. I don’t know where it comes from this time of the year but it was crisp and sweet.

Yes, it came from a local farm/orchard. I also picked up some of their apple cider which is always really good.
