A Turkey dinner redux.

The last of our leftovers from Christmas and now we have to wait until Thxgiving. We freeze the leftovers as individual meals with stuffing and turkey and then add fresh peas.

My nephews wife did a low carb casserole of sorts with ground beef and cheese and almond flour biscuits. Was actually very good.

Big mixed salad and strawberries with yogurt for dessert.

Love a crunchy cole slaw.

I sometimes do a quick shredded cabbage mayoless slaw along with a little grated carrot and some apple cider vinegar, little sugar, and celery seed. Goes good on a burger or a sandwich.
