Looks like lasagna roll ups. But.... is there a large pasta that looks sort of like a hollowed out potato skin?

It looks like there is sour cream on it - which makes me think Mexican. You would not put sour cream on lasagna roll ups.

I dropped the picture onto Google Images. It is lasagna roll-ups. Some restaurant in New York. The dollops are not sour cream, though, why not try that, but "dollops of extra creamy robiola cheese".
