You may want to get yourself a kitchen sprayer for olive oil. If the frozen fries you get don't brown up or crisp up enought for you, spritz them with oil. Do same with a baked potato if you like crisp skins. Let me know if you want a spritzer recommendation. My first one was the cheapest pump sprayer and it just dribbled or streamed out instead of spritz.I bought an air fryer on Amazon. It's little. 2.1 quarts. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BDFRZX3F
It was $49 when I bought it. Amazon pricing is wacky. Search the Duck for the machine's model number, you might find a better price.
I want to cook a handful of fries and a few shrimp or a fish plank for supper. That's all. No left overs.
Should be here Thursday. I picked up some french fries and breaded shrimp and breaded fish planks at the grocery store.
I'm not expecting "perfection". "Good enough" works.![]()
What kind of bread did you make?Roasted carrot soup with grilled cheese sandwiches. All homemade except the cheese.![]()
You can also just keep a set of natural bristled pastry brushes and simply paint on oil as you would butter, to the same effect, and you never have to clean that atomizer. The brushes wash up easily with dish soap.A recommendation would be appreciated. I thought about buying a sprayer. I cheated and bought a can of spray olive oil at the grocery store. They have lots of spray oils and I think there were four brands of olive oil. I went cheap and bought the store brand. Tastes fine.
I had a nice tongue.
