Don't know if it's summer heat, or a bug I've had this week... But I haven't felt much like eating this week. Dinner tonight was a salad and some blueberries.

Chicken salad with Buttermilk Ranch dressing, cubed watermelon and iced tea. Too hot to heat up the kitchen.

Too lazy tonight to cook dinner. Simply snacked instead. Triscuits w/ various things on them.
No mess to clean up. It was yummy and it was over quick.
They didn't feel a thing.

Too much ginger and rather chewy.

Pulled pork bbq sandwiches.

The pulled pork is from Costco.

Later I might do some homemade pulled pork but that goes in a different forum.

I had made a small casserole of cauliflower au gratin with a bechamel and gruyere cheese and crunchy topping of seasoned breadcrumbs.

So I grilled a NY strip steak and made a quick tomato salad with red onions.
