Corner beef?I did corned beef and cabbage tonight instead of tomorrow. The trick is not adding too much water so you lose flavor. And if you can afford it by the flat cut.Lean with just a small layer of fat.
Added Yukon gold potatoes and wedges of cabbage. And we had nice marble rye, and stone ground mustard and pickles. The corner beef was good and garlicky.
