Attention What are you having for dinner?

Early prep. I made corn bread. I have sweet potatoes wrapped in foil on the outdoor grill. And I have boneless chicken breast marinating in a zipper bag. And I made a salad and picked up a few loaves of semolina bread. Actually all nice and easy. :)

hmmmmm

That is just bragging...about burning calories instead of carbo-loading.

Left over club sandwich and fries. Went to our favorite local family restaurant ordered a cup of the clam chowder and they gave us a huge bowl, it was absolutely delicious the waitress told us that they had a lot of it and she knew how much we like it. By the time my club sandwich and fries arrived I could only eat a quarter of it and a few fries.

We eat carbs with our carbs. Pasta shoveled onto garlic bread. Bacon egg and cheese and sliced potatoes on a roll. That sort of thing.
they used to call a bacon egg cheese with potato a Polack on a roll in my old neighborhood...I don't know why......

Canned black bean soup, bread from the store bakery (sourced from a real bakery), and a couple of bananas that needed to be used up.

Canned soup is getting expensive. Soon it'll soon cost more than a week's groceries did a few years ago...

When I visited Pollock Pines California I would call it Polack Pines like a smart ass.

I ran to the store for fresh coffee and 13 gallon trash bags and it was like almost 50 bucks.
