Attention What are you having for dinner?

Amy's Red Curry, with a salad, and whole wheat bread.

I can neither confirm nor deny any rumors that I may have had a piece of candy as a dessert.

I heard the Amy's dinners are good. Never tried those.

Well, I don't think you'd like the fact they don't have a stuffed cabbage dinner!

I find them one of the better choices when I don't have time/energy to cook, if what I do can be called "cooking," of course... If nothing else, I like the fact they are made with real ingredients. So many other brands have ingredients that only a chemistry major might recognize...

probably cooked thin sliced chicken maybe on an english muffin, but probably no english muffin, I am to lazy at the moment. Something quick and easy.

I'm so lazy I made unstuffed cabbage. Actually I made lentil stew in the slow cooker with some shredded chicken and plain rice. Not bad.

I had chicken noodle soup from a can, served with crackers, and a microwave potato dressed up with spread, sour cream, and those artificial bacon bits.

Lovely spring day here, so it would be an ideal day for a nice, warmer weather dinner!

Instead, I made soup once again.

At least, it allowed me to use some stuff up (which was actually the motive).

Sloppy Joes.
I'd half forgotten those... Possibly the last time I saw one was when I was in elementary school. It was something my mother would make on nights when my parents went out and left me with a baby sitter.

I did a recipe on I think it was The Chunky Chef . com maybe.

I tweaked it with adding some Jalapenos and forget what else but it was good on a large Martins potato roll with Kettle Chips and and some good garlicky pickles.

Tonight is Linda Blair night. Kinda a rainy dreary weekend and a bit chilly.

Nice thick pea soup with lots of carrots and sausage. I didn't have ham bone. But it will still be good. Maybe some croutons as well.

I just had sandwiches of it last night, but I think I'm going to jazz it up a little tonight. TBD.

Have a baby shower to attend at noon with a luncheon, so whatever that turns out to be will probably determine dinner.

Wrapped up several malicious gifts like Vivarin, and air freshener, in addition to a couple of baby things. Bag of Skittles so there'd be at least something that is a choking hazard. Oh, and a handful of cigars for papa.

Some very tasty red, white, and green Sicilian pizza: fresh mozzarella with tomato sauce and basil pesto.
