Not sure "strawberry flavored" has all of the same health benefits as strawberries.

A mixed salad (red cabbage, red onion, red pepper, orange tomatoes, radishes, grapes, fennel, cucumber, coriander) with some thinly cut beef steak quickly pan-fried and sliced up on top, and a chilli dressing. I followed that up with a rhubarb and custard yoghurt which I picked up in Sainsbury's earlier. Yum.
 
It was just Lasagna. Warmer weather now here, time to switch to a summer menu.

I also had some Chardonnay, which always makes me think of this joke:

Did not get home until after 9:30 - so Stouffer's Turkey Tetrazzini in the micro....

It's the weekend, when I should easily be able to cook from scratch. But I was so lazy it was another round of Saffron Road Pad Thai.
