Attention What are you having for dinner?

The bf and I have just got back from an Indian restaurant in the city. Delicious food, but I now feel bloated.
 
Just got home from work. Grabbed a Big Mac on the way
 
Tonight was stuffed shells with meat as a filling instead of ricotta. It was really good.
I am not sure what I will be making tomorrow. Tuesday and Wednesday are my days off. Part of Wednesday will be putting a list together of what to make next week when my guy is in town.
 
I pan-seared some beef tenderloin steaks in an iron skillet in a little bacon fat, cut off a few pieces hanging off them for my dinner, and cooled the rest to use in recipes. Boiled farfalle, drained, added half stick of butter, and some Italian herbs and a touch of red pepper flakes, and a few slices of sharp cheese stirred in. I'm not a big fan of creamy mac & cheese. Would rather have it more secco, and more chew.

There was some Kinder's steak seasoning left in the pan, so I sauteed a bit of onion in it and then added about 20 chicken hearts and sauteed them. Let them cool whilee I ate my steak pieces with bowties. Just now, I pureed them into pate and put back to take to my co-workers tomorrow to go with some rich Escort crackers .

Crazy busy at work, so will be nice to have some good vittles. Had Caesar salad for lunch, so earned my steak. :)
 
Today was cut up chicken to make chicken nuggets with a side of pan fried potatoes.
I went with something easy and quick.
 
Boiled potato and peas with a thrown together peanut-curry powder sauce.

At least, it finished off a bag of potatoes that needed to be finished off. I also had a salad.

The bad news, though, is that they are coming in an hour to forcibly take away my Gay Card, because I never cook elegant, gourmet recipes. :lol:

A can of soup. I had been thinking of a can't of soup, but went with a can, instead. :lol:

I had it with a potato bun and a salad.
 
Made a quick meatloaf with mushroom gravy. Mashed potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts.

North Jersey is on the cooler side for a few days so I made a nice comfort meal.

I need dessert now. :cry:
 
Been too long.

Breakfast for supper.

2 eggs sunny side up with 5 ounces of Canadian peameal cured bacon and a thick slice of homemade buttermilk bread.
