I get a lot of cravings and memories of eating things from the past.

I loved in 7 grade the school cafeteria would have these bagel and cake sales set up at lunch time.

The bagels were brought in from some good deli.

Dinner last night was an everything bagel with thick cream cheese and a Tru-Moo chocolate milk. One craving down.

At first it sounded odd, since I never heard of beer cheese. I've never seen it, but on thinking about it, this is a flavor combination that just might work. I'll probably try it if I ever see it being sold.

Co-incidental to Ed's thread about cooking pancakes and people mentioning that in Holland and England they are eaten for dinner (or more like supper), we are having corn pancakes.

Even though we have our own maple syrup...I prefer my pancakes only with butter and sometimes some creme fraiche and crumbled bacon.

We always have breakfast sausage as well.
