Just baked in the oven with the spuds. I spray a little olive oil spray over the pieces, lay them on a sheet of baking paper in the oven and let them bake for about an hour, turning once. Very tasty!

Grilled, Marinated Chicken Breast, Basmati Rice, Fried Zucchini Summer Squash w/Dill and pepper.
FRESH HOMEGROWN Strawberries for Dessert - Earliest I think I've ever had Upstate Grown Strawberries -- beat the pants off transcontinental refrigerated berries. Sweet, with just the right tartness! No Sugar required, bursting with flavor. Ate almost a whole quart, myself.

Shortly before returning to my coffin this morning, I seduced a strapping young lad and drained him of his blood. B-negative. Quite tasty, with a bit of a spicy aftertaste.

Not dinner, but breakfast. And it turned out rather nice, so I took a snap.

Omelet filled with bacon and cheddar cheese

^ special handicap .. while the omelet was already in the pan, the typical sound of my computer in the other room somewhat changed. I flipped it over, and went to check what was going on .. something WAS different. Quickly opening the case I realized that the GPU fan had stopped spinning I tried to reanimate it by spinning it with my fingers and almost burnt the fingers. So I pulled the plug, and now after breakfast it luckily was just a matter of de-dusting it

Yesterday I had an ordered pizza for dinner, but with a homemade salad with apple slices and a yoghurt-onions dressing.

Poached chicken with a spring onion, soya sauce and ginger dip, choi sum, white rice and a spinach and carrot broth made with the poached chicken stock.

Yesterday evening, someone told me to eat shit and die. I took the first part of his advice. 'Twas not a satisfying dinner.

Today is Friday, so it's fish night.

Juist had my beer battered fish fry, New England Clam Chowder, and Salad for late lunch - will be a light supper toight.

Dinner last night was not as light as I'd thought it would be.
My 13YO mad pasta - tri-color rotini with fresh tomatoes, olive oil, grilled chicken breast pieces.

Very flavourful.

Tonight, BLT's with monster hot house Beef Steak tomatoes.
