What is your dream house

Here's the home of my dreams. A 37th floor condo in north Atlanta. 5000+ sq. ft. with every convenience known to man, and incredible views. And a bargain at only $4.4 million.

No more yard work! Who wants to help me move, lol?

I think you and I were watching the same program! It is a magnificent house from what I can gather. The nice thing is that the home is now a tourist spot and you can tour the structure. It is on my "One Of These Days..." list.

my dream house would be a presidio with 30-foot high walls; machine gun/flame thrower turrets on each corner; a deep, deep moat all around; anti-aircraft ordinance; and a nuclear-fallout-quality bomb shelter with many honey-pots and fake ends; along with centuries worth of supplies.

Something modern- lots of glass, lots of windows, no carpet, something similar to a loft with everything very open. A balcony inside overlooking the main floor is a must.

As a matter of fact, there are 2 penthouse units in that building. One is currently occupied and the other is still not built out. It's just an empty shell and being marketted at $1.5 million. I think it would be quite wonderful to get that unit and have an architect design it from the bottom up.

The wonderful thing about that building is that all the apartments have dedicated elevator service. The elevator opens up right in the foyer of your apartment. I'm not quite sure how that works in a building that large though as the only other building I've been in that had that was a rather small 4 story condo in Atlanta where there is only 1 unit per floor and 4 private elevators.
